New members who have mastered turning movements (tenkan etc) and rolls can add Friday's to their list of training opportunities alongside the usual classes of Sunday, Wednesday and Thursdays.

Friday's are termed Improver classes and applies equally to all members even if you are ungraded you are welcome. St John's Church on the mat for 19:30.

The first Friday of the month however is reserved for 3rd Kyu and above.

On the third Friday of the month we also make sure some element of the class has Iaido in it.
