Start something different today - Aikido. A non-competitive martial art that seeks to blend with attacks through circular movement and balance taking. We are a small friendly club based in Bowdon, Altrincham. Exercise mind and body and grow in confidence.
We welcome Beginners who are Adult and 16+ yr to classes on a Sunday and Thursday

Sunday - 15:00 to 16:45
Thursday - 20:00 to 21:30 last Thursday class 14th December 2023
Arrive 10-15 mins before start of class
